Such peace enveloped me when I entered the church this evening for this delightful event. An unbelievably beautiful service.
As I sat there also in the peace and quiet I again took note of the monument on the left hand wall erected in memory of the Paramour Family. When we lived in Eastry, we owned a house that had its roots in centuries past. The foundations etc, went back further than the 15th century. This house had history that I researched and I found that the Paramour family onced owned this home.
Some coincidence I thought, what say you?
Father Jim was there and I had the pleasure of shaking his hand as he had honoured me by commenting on this blog being very pleasing indeed.
Once again, as always the service was conducted by our Rev. Canon Bob Coles in his most unique and pleasurable fashion.
